FriendlyFossils are proudly made to order in Wisconsin, USA with Wisconsin work ethic and dedication to quality.
What are you're shipping policies?
FriendlyFossils offers two shipping methods; Free shipping and Expedited shipping. Orders purchased with free shipping are made to order and shipped in 5-7 business days of your order. Orders purchased with expedited shipping are made to order and shipped within 2 business days of your order. Each FriendlyFossil is carefully bubble wrapped and packed in a heavy duty cardboard box. We may choose FedEx, UPS, or USPS to ship your FriendlyFossil, and tracking is always included.
What are FriendlyFossils made from?
FriendlyFossil dinosaurs are cut from a high quality plywood and can be taken apart and put back together over and over again.
How many FriendlyFossils are there?
We have 11 Dinosaurs that have been perfected and are for sale in two sizes and we are currently working on over 20 different dinosaur designs. In order for a dinosaur to be sold the designs must meet a rigorous quality standard. Check back often as designs are continually added.

FriendlyFossils are sold directly to the customer online at FriendlyFossils, Etsy, and Facebook
What is your return policy?
Returns are gladly excepted within 30 days of delivery, however the customer is responsible for return shipping. Please contact us at support@friendlyfossil.com to start the return process. We will replace any items that are missing, defective, or damaged during shipping free of charge.
Are replacement parts available?
If you lose or break a part, please contact us as supportfriendlyfossil.com. We will replace any part free of charge, you just pay shipping.
Is there a recommended age? Are FriendlyFossil puzzles difficult to assemble?
FriendlyFossil puzzles fit snuggly together, stand all on there own, and require no glue or fasteners to assemble. Some FriendlyFossil dinosaurs contain small parts. Our puzzles are a great activity for children 8 and up, or under 8 with the help of an adult.
